Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across Pakistan. Availability of delivery may vary depending on the product type and destination.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 working days

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (glass work, panels, flooring, wallpapers, etc.) may require additional processing time

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after order processing

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Large, fragile, or bulky items such as glass panels may incur additional delivery charges, which will be communicated in advance

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible products and locations. Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery for confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery

  • Any damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Force Majeure

Burhani Interiors & Glass Work is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or courier disruptions.
