Return & Refund Policy

At Burhani Interiors & Glass Work, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of interior, glass, and customized products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Clear photos or videos are provided as proof

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made, cut-to-size, or made-to-order products

  • Glass items once installed or handled improperly

  • Wallpapers, flooring, panels, or interior materials after opening or installation

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number and proof of issue (images/videos)

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 working hours of placement, provided processing has not started

  • Orders for custom or made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled once production begins
